- Synopsis
- Beirut lies shattered after one of the largest explosions in history ripped through the heart of the city. Clean, rebuild and move on, an all too familiar experience for most Lebanese. But how to keep on going when the entire city blowing up is still not rock bottom? While a phone operator at the city's helpline takes distraught calls in the early morning hours, a Syrian refugee family living in an underground parking, plots to pay human traffickers to escape the country. A dancer and a painter cope through their artistic ways and a family tries to mourn the loss of their brother, no matter the consequences. A dense poetic mosaic about life after tragedy.
