- Synopsis
- Masoud Koohi dies during a second-tier football league match due to a foul committed by the opposing team's player, Amin Rezvani. His death is classified as a sports incident. Masoud's retired footballer brother, Musa, notices that there has been no filming of football matches in their city for some time, and some individuals at the stadium prevent any recording of the matches. With the help of Farzad, Masoud's brother-in-law, Musa discovers the operation of a betting website for football matches. This site allows betting on specific details such as the number and exact timing of fouls in a match. This leads Musa to suspect foul play in Amin's foul against his brother, as it could turn Masoud's sports incident death into a murder committed by Amin with prior intent.
  
  Musa takes Amin out of the city to force a confession out of him, but Amin, by presenting evidence, claims that Masoud himself was the main organizer of bettings for the matches on the betting website. Masoud had asked Amin to foul on him at that moment in the game. Until now, Amin has kept this a secret to preserve Masoud's sports reputation. By checking Masoud's daughter's bank account, Musa discovers a significant amount of money earned from betting, and even Lida, Masoud's wife, is aware of this. As Musa gets closer to uncovering the connection between the betting website and the football matches, and with Musa’s threats concerning the exposing of the collected evidence on a popular live sports program, he is offered the position of head coach for the city's first team by his fiancée's father. However, Musa declines the offer, and his dead body is found near the roaring waterfall in the city before reaching the live sports program.
