    • After being beaten by his father for walking around the streets of small Luisburgo cross-dressed as a woman, Robson is sent along with his younger brother to live with their grandmother in a major Brazilian city. He discovers that prejudice, violence and homophobia are everywhere. As he tries to understand the world around him, he begins to realize why his sexual orientation and gender identity are so important to others.
