- Synopsis
- Funky Hunters is a sci-fi and comedy animated series directed by Nacho Malter and Damian Fernandez Gomez, produced by Bellolandia. The story follows the misadventures of Carla, a demi-giant with an inferiority complex, a weakness for kittens, and incredible strength and physical dexterity. Alongside her partner, Pepe, an anthropomorphic velociraptor who claims to be a ninja, though in reality is just a marijuana addict, they travel the universe in their space van as bounty hunters and dance enthusiasts. Their expeditions often trigger chaotic and delirious situations. While exploring the cosmos, they also navigate complicated personal dynamics, offering a satirical look at life, death, and the nature of the universe.
