    • Synopsis
    • A bright and confident young man, Simon is the rising star of the Drag Queen scene in Montreal. When he meets Olivier, the new drag queen of his show bar, he automatically falls under his spell. While Simon believes he is living an electrifying passionate love story, he settles between them a toxic dynamic resulting from Olivier’s narcissistic personality. At the same time, Claire, the mother of Simon, a famous opera singer, returned home after 15 years of absence. Fascinated by this woman who has become unknown to him but whom he has always idealized, Simon persists in creating a link with her. Unfortunately, he runs into a cold, indifferent woman who admits to having no maternal instinct. Disappointed by his impossible relationship with his mother and weakened by his violent relationship with Olivier, Simon realizes that he deserves to be loved properly and decides to free himself from these toxic people and thus regain his identity and be reborn. Glamorous and flamboyant, this film will showcase the art of drag. It will be exhilarated and agitated, like Simon’s intensity… and filmmaker Sophie Dupuis.
