    • Synopsis
    • Gloria accompanies her sister Esperanza to a television show audition. They reach the location, enter the building, and find themselves navigating through unfamiliar spaces. They start with a long hallway filled with doors, knocking on each in search of the audition room, but instead, they encounter spaces evoking diverse sensations.

Initially, within a spacious room, they encounter hanging figures evoking women, men, and children, victims of the Colombian partisan violence period. They walk among these figures until they find an exit that leads back to the original hallway.

They continue their search, entering a second space where specters of faces fade in and out on the walls. Exhausted, they sleep in this space and continue searching for the room where the casting audition will take place.

After a great effort, Gloria and Esperanza manage to find each other again after getting lost, and they appear within a diptych.

They again exit to the long hallway and then enter a room that confronts them with their own images and makes them reflect on their own appearance in front of a camera.

As they leave this space, they bump into a group of boxes strewn across the hallway, which contain files and photos of hundreds of women, men, and children, victims of the violence, cold cases, and timeless.

They enter a tunnel, which becomes visible as they advance and the lights come on. There, the two sisters end up transcending space and time, traveling through spirals of light and color, which symbolize a reencounter between their souls and the energy of the universe.

Leaving the spiral, they will then witness the interrogations that the relatives of the forcibly disappeared must undergo.

After crossing wide swaths of fabric that reflect the shadows of many victims, they come to a place where they find many people writing the names of their dead. These invisible souls begin to manifest as blurred images in a family photograph whose faces have been erased.

The sisters finally locate the audition room, but there is nobody there.

The forest is covered by fog. Among the trees, Gloria sees her son in the distance. She tries to catch up to him, but he moves away from her, signaling with a gesture that it is not yet her time.
