- Pianist Jingyu Zhang (73), contrabassist Mingkang Li (77), saxist Jibin Sun (80), alto saxist Honglin Gao (71), trumpeter Mengqiang Lu (53) and percussionist Zhengzhen Bao (93) are the oldest jazz band of the world – the „Peace Old Jazz Band”. Since thirty years they are playing at the legendary Peace Hotel in Shanghai – every night. A movie about the vital power of music and a unique insight into Chinese history.
