    • Synopsis
    • Veteran character actors George Cheung and Elizabeth Sung join relative newcomers Steve Myung and Lina So Myung in this charming comedy of errors. When Harry Ho, an unemployed Korean writer, plans to propose to Anita, his Chinese-American girlfriend, he must first win over her conservative parents. Add to the mix Anita’s suspicious rapper brother (James To), a handsome Mandarin-speaking doctor who wants Anita for himself (Brian Yang --The Man with the Iron Fists, Hawaii Five-0), and an onslaught of kooky relatives gathered for Anita's 30th birthday party, and you’ve got a real Korean barbecue! But love and laughter shatter stereotypes, and Harry’s “beautiful heart” wins him his bride in the end.
