    • Synopsis
    • Every year, between 150,000 and 300,000 people walk the Camino de Santiago. This award-winning film, which has grossed $500,000 to date in North America, is the story of six of them.
Walking hundreds of miles with only nature and their own thoughts for company, our characters are forced to step out of their comfort zones, look inward and confront their fears and doubts. Sam’s life is a mess and she hopes the Camino will turn it around, in addition to alieviating her depression. For Wayne, it’s a way of honouring and grieving for his wife. Meanwhile three year old Cyrian is doing the camino with his mother because ‘I don’t have a choice.’
Whatever their motivation, no one can anticipate the challenges and triumphs the Camino has in store for them or what transformations they will undergo by the trail’s end. A surprising and moving film which has sold out or won awards at every festival it’s featured in.
