- Synopsis
- Following her unhappy divorce, Diana (35) is lured into online dating by her ex-husband Michael (40), and her sister’s fiancée Kemba (32). Michael is determined to get back what he can from the 150 thousand pound divorce settlement he paid to Diana. Kemba is desperately in need of money to meet demands from his sick mother in Nigeria. Together, Michael and Kemba develop an elaborate online dating plot through which they would scam and obtain thousands of pounds from Diana. The perfect plot seems to work, until Diana’s sister Tamil suspects something unusual and steps in. But Diana is too far gone in her emotional fixation to the online love affair she believes is perfect. Tamil follows her instinct and battles to discover the truth against resistance from Diana, deception from Kemba, and mindless plotting by Michael. In the end, a chance failed meeting with her cousin saves Diana from the scam.
