Emma is back in the Caribbean after being summoned by Marty (merman) and Oliver (octopus). Their friend Steve (starfish), along with all starfish are dying from a deadly disease. Emma must find a cure before it's too late.

- The Rescue will be the 3rd movie in the movie series Seaper Powers. The first two movies have been released in North America and each have received 35+ film festival awards. Emma, as a little girl, discovered she has the ability to talk to sealife. Using this unique power as she grows up, Emma uses this capability to protect her sea friends from the harms that many humans bring to our oceans. Now, as a researcher for NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), she has been given a new assignment--find the cure to the disease killing hundred's of starfish. One of her good friends, Steve, the starfish is now dying before her eyes. Emma must find a cure before it's too late.
  
  Geared for 6-10 year olds, this animated movie hopes to bring kids closer to understanding and appreciating the wonders of the ocean and ocean life, and the importance of protecting one of our most valuable assets on earth.
  
  This series is designed to give young minds the ability to relate to Emma and her relationship with her ocean friends (Wally the whale, Oliver the Octopus, Daphne the Dolphin). Most importantly, it strives to better prepares our next generation for understanding the dangers of human carelessness on the environment, we share with all of these creatures.
