    • Synopsis
    • Halloween in Las Vegas. At a local bistro, it’s a slow night as usual for the chef, FRANK, early 30s, and his staff. Enter LOLA, a beautiful girl in her early 20s with a smart attitude and no costume. Frank keeps the restaurant open late for Lola, then ends up in her bed. Frank is smitten, but is Lola?
Several weeks later, Frank and Lola are in the throes of a promising love affair, when Lola cheats on Frank with an old boyfriend. She begs his forgiveness, explaining that right before she met Frank she was raped by a family friend, a writer named ALAN, with whom she was staying while studying in Paris. Frank agrees to take her back.
Six months later, Frank and Lola have moved in together, but the fallout from Lola’s transgression continues to be a problem: Frank has become obsessively jealous and possessive. Then Frank loses his job.
When Frank gets an offer to audition for a big restaurateur in Paris, he uses the trip as an opportunity to exact revenge on Alan, the man who raped Lola. But Frank underestimates Alan, who manages to turn Frank against Lola. By the time Frank discovers the truth, Lola has left him. Alone, desperate, and consumed by rage, Frank vows revenge.
