- Synopsis
- Emile Robert, a sixty-year-old music hall artist, receives a message in Paris from a person named Alfredo Quiroga, who lives in Montevideo, Uruguay. Quiroga says that, when ordering the old family apartment where he still lives, he found a suitcase with objects, photos and letters from his sister Euridice. The letters, written in the 70s and never sent, were addressed to Emile.
  Would you like to receive them? Or do you want them destroyed? Emile replies that he will pick them up. In the 70s, Euridice, a young scholarship student of letters at the Sorbonne, had lived with him a passionate love. Emile arrives, then, in Montevideo, where Alfredo lends him the family apartment.
