    • Chairman Myung Sun-mok, who was leading the Gwangmyeong Welfare Foundation which for blind with the will of "There is nothing impossible for the blind." He is inspired to hear from the principal of the school for the disabled in Paris, France, that the blind are difficult to handle string instruments.

      In order to overcome the limitations of impossibility, he added string classes as an after-school class to Incheon Hyegwang School and founded the Blind Orchestra in 2011 after various efforts. The Hyegwang Blind Orchestra, which began as such, has endured 10 years of joy and anger.

      Let's follow the steps of the decade through the interviews with members and staff who accompanied with Hyegwang Blind Orchestra to see what changes they have made over the decade and what plans they have for greater changes in the future.
