Description

Greenstone was founded in 1994 by John Harris, a journalist and programme-maker with many years’ experience in newspapers, radio and television. Greenstone has produced numerous prime time television shows – popular factual, entertainment, drama and documentary: around 100 documentaries in total, and more than 100 series. We’ve won numerous awards. We continue to expand our horizons, currently filming series in Melbourne and Sydney as well as New Zealand, and developing movie projects.Greenstone has made two drama series – Secret Agent Men and The Amazing Extraordinary Friends – plus several series and documentaries with a high ratio of dramatic re-enactment (Epitaph, Secret New Zealand, Shipwreck, Taonga, The Kiwi who saved Britain, Against the Odds).

Objective

Greenstone is seeking early interest in The Amazing Extraordinary Friends: The Movie (inspired by the successful TV series), now in development. We wish to meet potential co-production partners, sales agents and distributors. By the same award winning writer, Stephen Campbell - Greenstone is bringing "The Sunshine Institute" a horror film also in development. John Harris is also the principal of The Great New Zealand Film Company www.thegreatnzfilmco.com and has six projects in development. The Great NZ Film Company is being represented by Mandy Harris who is attending the producers workshop.
